Nothing is polled until you press Connect; it then refreshes every 60s and stops when you disconnect, sign out or close the tab. Every check is read-only — the actions on this panel are Refresh Rate (repopulates a broken closing price), Add (creates the replacement contract, staged) and Enable (makes a staged contract tradable, only once it is pricing).
